How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3–6 business days after your order has shipped.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Due to the sanitary nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect.

What if I receive the wrong or a damaged item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review your claim and make it right.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed. Once your order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us immediately. If your order has not shipped, we’ll do our best to update it. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.

My package says “Delivered,” but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?

Please contact the shipping carrier first to file a claim. Once a package is marked as delivered, KBeauty Bar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Are your lash trays cruelty-free?

Yes! Our lash trays are made with high-quality synthetic fibers and are completely cruelty-free.

How should I store my lash adhesive?

Store your adhesive upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Always tighten the cap after each use.
